The diagnosis

You don’t have a lead problem.

You have four leaks, and every one of them sits downstream of the thing you keep paying to fix. More leads into a broken pipe just costs more.

Leak 01

A lead isn’t an appointment

A form fill is a phone number. Somebody still has to call it, qualify it, and get a time on the calendar. Lead vendors sell you the phone number and leave the hard part to your sales team — then bill you again next month.

Leak 02

Your CRM is a filing cabinet

It stores what already happened. It doesn’t chase the no-show, flag the stalled estimate, or tell you which rep is sitting on twelve open bids. If your pipeline only moves when someone remembers to move it, that’s a cabinet, not a system.

Leak 03

Your old database is a graveyard

Every contractor doing real volume has thousands of contacts nobody has touched in a year. You already paid to acquire them. Most owners never work them again because nobody owns the job.

Leak 04

Every rep runs a different pitch

Your best closer has a process in his head. Nobody has written it down, so your newest rep invents his own. You can’t coach what you can’t see, and you can’t scale what you can’t repeat.

The system

Five lanes. One engine.

The order is real. You cannot train a sales floor on a pipeline that does not exist yet, and a booked appointment dies in a CRM nobody maintains.

How it runs

Kickoff to a booked calendar in six to eight weeks.

Day 0

01

Onboarding call

Thirty minutes on your funnel, your CRM and your numbers. We agree the territory, the offer and the definition of a qualified appointment in writing. We also tell you whether we are the right people to fix it — sometimes the answer is no.

Days 1–4

02

List built

Property records filtered to your service area and to the thing you sell, the script written, and the calendar integration wired into whatever your team already opens every morning.

Days 5–7

03

First appointments

Our team starts dialling and every homeowner who clears the standard gets booked. The first confirmed appointment is usually on your calendar inside the first week.

Weeks 2–4

04

Tune

We review recorded calls against the scorecard, tighten the list and the script, and work your aged database alongside the new demand. Weekly numbers, no vanity dashboards.

Weeks 6–8

05

Full calendar

A repeatable week of qualified appointments, a CRM that moves work without being pushed, and a sales process your team runs the same way twice.

Run your own numbers

Don't take our word for it. Take yours.

Move the sliders to your close rate, your average job, your margin. The model runs against the Standard package — twelve qualified appointments a month at $5,000, plus a share of up to 10% on the backend revenue we help produce.

You cover the entire investment at 4 closed jobs. Everything after that is margin.

This is a projection built entirely from numbers you entered, not a forecast and not a promise. We guarantee appointment volume and the qualification standard. We do not guarantee close rates or installs — what happens in the living room depends on your pitch, your pricing and your reps.

The backend share is calculated on collected contract revenue from appointments we set. Where a backend share applies it is agreed in writing before work starts, and the rate is on your agreement. Gross profit uses the margin you entered and does not include your overhead, sales commissions, or financing costs.

Stratify took us from chasing leads to a calendar that fills itself — 100+ booked appointments and real roofing sales behind them.

I tried a 5-pack to test it. Closed 2 out of 5 in a retail Florida market — no price-dropping to compete. The lead quality just spoke for itself.

Why this exists

Everyone here has sold the work.

We have knocked the door, sat at the kitchen table, and watched a homeowner decide whether to trust us. Between us we have been on the wrong side of that conversation enough times to know exactly what a bad lead feels like at 7pm on a Thursday.

That is why Stratify does not sell leads. We have driven to them. We have sat outside a house where nobody was home, holding a phone number somebody had already sold twice.

So we built the opposite. We call every homeowner before you ever hear about them. If they do not own the house, are outside your area, have no budget or no timeline, you never see them — and you are not billed for them.

Everything else we do exists to protect that appointment. We build the CRM, because a booked meeting dies in a system nobody maintains. We work your old database, because the contacts you have already paid for are worth more than any new list. And we train your reps, because a good meeting in front of an uncoached closer is a wasted one.

We are not a marketing company. We put appointments on your calendar and we tell you the numbers every week, including the weeks they are bad.

Questions

The ones owners actually ask.

If yours is not here, ask it on the audit call. You will get the same answer either way.

What counts as a qualified appointment?

Four things, all of them. The homeowner owns the property. They are in your service area. They have confirmed a budget and a timeline. And they have agreed to a specific time on your calendar. Miss any one and it does not count against your package. That standard is in your agreement, not just on this page.

How is this different from buying leads?

A lead is a phone number. An appointment is a meeting a human has already confirmed. The work between those two things — calling, qualifying, handling the objection, getting a time agreed — is the part lead vendors leave to your sales team. It is also the part that decides whether the money was worth spending. We do that part.

Why won’t you guarantee a close rate?

Because we do not control your pricing, your reps, your crews or your reputation. We control how many qualified homeowners are sitting on your calendar and whether they meet the standard. That is what we guarantee. Anyone promising you signed contracts is guaranteeing something they cannot deliver, and you will find that out in month three.

How fast does the first appointment land?

Five to seven days from the onboarding call. The list takes a few days to build and dialling starts as soon as it is ready. Working through the whole package usually runs six to eight weeks, though it can be finished inside the first week — it depends on the volume you bought and what the market gives back. Pacing that is our job, not something you have to manage.

Can you work inside the CRM we already have?

Yes. We work in GoHighLevel, JobNimbus and AccuLynx, and we book directly into the calendar your team already opens every morning. If your CRM is the bottleneck we will say so and quote the fix separately — but we will not force a migration to start booking.

What size company is this a fit for?

Roofing and HVAC contractors doing roughly $1M to $20M. Below that, the appointment volume usually outruns the crew and you end up paying for meetings you cannot service. Above it, you generally need something built rather than bought, which is what the systems work is for.
